RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

RIGHT OF REVERSAL

Once the complaint is accepted, Sempertex will send the consumer proof of the presentation of the complaint indicating the date and grounds that support it, and will indicate to the consumer by email the steps to follow regarding the return of the product at their cost, and the duty to notify the issuer of the electronic payment instrument used to make the purchase of the claim (the notification to the issuer of said instrument must be submitted by the owner of the financial product).
