GUARANTEE

The guarantee of each item is backed by Sempertex. Said guarantee begins with the acceptance of the product delivered to satisfaction until the term of its duration. The warranty period for products purchased through our website is one month.

Sempertex is exempt from the responsibility derived from the guarantee when it proves that the fault comes from: (a) force majeure or fortuitous event; (b) the act of a third party; or (c) misuse of the product by the consumer.

RIGHT TO WITHDRAWAL

If the buyer wishes to change any of our products or withdraw the purchase, he must take into account that in accordance with the right of withdrawal enshrined in article 47 of the Consumer Statute, the maximum term to exercise this right is 5 days. business days counted from the purchase of the product. RIGHT OF REVERSAL
